#WyrdandWonder Top Ten Tuesday: Books Covers Featuring Wings

I have noticed a trend that I’m drawn to and that is wings on covers, so this week for my cover theme I looked for books which feature wings in the design. At this time, I’ve avoided birds and other animals that naturally have wings and have focused on fantasy titles for Wyrd and Wonder month.

Tithe (Modern Faerie Tales, #1)
Fae wings come in all shapes and sizes and Holly Black is a master of fae stories.
Sailor Moon Stars, #1 (Sailor Moon Stars, #1)
If I didn’t include Sailor Moon with wings on this list, I’m not sure why I’d even make this list.
The Wolven Mark (Hidden Legends: University of Sorcery)
An intriguing series that feature shapeshifters of various kinds that all come with wings of their own.
Reborn (Shadow Beast Shifter, #3)
Loved the first two books in this series and will be diving into this one very soon!
The School for Good and Evil (The School for Good and Evil, #1)
I know I said I was avoiding naturally occurring wings, but this book immediately came to mind when I settled on this week’s theme.
Brimstone Angels (Brimstone Angels, #1)
Had to include at least one demon set of wings on this list.

The next set of books are gorgeous covers, but I haven’t actually read them yet. I just couldn’t resist included them on this list!

Wolf's Search
I loved the first part of this series and need to reread them in order to read the most recent releases.
The Faerie Games (Dark World: The Faerie Games, #1)
Fae wings are some of the prettiest and I’m a sucker for pretty wings.
Crown of Fire (Dragon's Gift: The Forbidden Fae #1)
Are these dragon wings? Fae wings? I don’t know yet!
Black Sun (Between Earth and Sky, #1)
I’ve heard a lot of good things about this book and hope to squeeze it into my lineup soon.
Iron Widow (Iron Widow, #1)
Immediately added this to my TBR upon cover reveal. Can’t wait until it releases later this year!

I’m having a lot of fun with these, so I will probably continue to feature this type of post in the future. Just maybe not on Top Ten Tuesday since ten is a hard number to stick to!
